MED RX-SHOW Your Friends

 To enable clients to visualize problems with their animals we have a high magnification video-scope capable of storing digital images on disc or hard copy instantly. The pictures for this website we have taken with this machine. It allows owners to see just what's inside their pet’s body cavities. E.g. nose, throat, mouth, ears or intestines.  Either alone using a multi-focus lens or in combination with our other scopes - endoscope, arthroscope, microscope.  It allows staging of disease - that is to monitor progress from one week to the next. It can also take gross images of skin lesions, tumors or eye problems.

Interesting cases we have recorded so far include a thorn in a dogs eye, grass seed in a dogs ear, ruptured ear drums, extra eyelashes (see Stanley's tour), corneal ulcers, corneal punctures to cause uveitis (inflammation) in a cats eye.  All these things we can show owners whereas before they had to rely on our explanations.
