FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Maggie
G (Greeny)
In this world, it can be extremely difficult to truly believe in miracles.... Well Maggie G is our proof that they really do happen! MIRACLE 1 - There are still good Samaritans. In September 2001, The Sun Weekly reported the monstrous cruelty suffered by a poor little ten week old puppy. Chained and dragged behind a car through the streets of Woy Woy and then left to die at the disposal dept. Grossly malnourished, abused, bleeding and in pain, little Maggie (then nicknamed Greeny) was thankfully saved by a kindly depot worker who reported the atrocity to the pound. The pound contacted Green Point Vets, who took Maggie in for examination.
MIRACLE 2 - Maggie survives and recovers. With the tender and consistent loving care of the veterinary staff, Maggie slowly and steadily improved in health, and soon became a very lively and well loved mischief-maker at the Green Point Vet Hospital.
MIRACLE 3 - Maggie G continues to joyfully, and with gusto, conduct as much mischief as possible with her new family with heaps of licks, kisses and jumping on laps. Sarah the cat, Junior and Ben (her new older four legged sister and brother) suffer her antics gladly, and, after knee surgery at four months, spaying at seven months, puppy preschool and graduating dog training, our little Maggie has finally settled into the blissful family life she deserves.
MIRACLE 4 - Maggie's now one year old. She's happy, healthy and still smiling!
